My Name is Brendon Lumgair.

In one, I was an ex-military officer, and up until recently, a working and teaching professional Engineer.

The next morning I asked my yoga students the same question, and again they talked about how their sleep had improved since the beginning of these weekly classes.
A light-bulb went off in my head & heart!

The "engineer" in me was fascinated to apply practical body-mind-spirit tools to the very real, prevalent, and painful problem of insomnia.
